Four finishing collections are available in Poēzija apartments – each with its own character – Classic Ivory, Contemporary Grey, Elegant Gold and Northern Platinum.
Constructions
Strip reinforced concrete foundations and prefabricated reinforced concrete structures. Exterior walls made of three-layer reinforced concrete panels. Facade – painted reinforced concrete panel.
Utilities
The project will have central city heating, with an individual meter installed in each apartment. Heating meters with energy saving and balancing function.
