The vision of the Poēzija project is to create an orderly, modern place where residents can enjoy the presence of nature in a tranquil atmosphere. The building and the valuable trees growing on the land form a closed spatial structure, with a landscaped courtyard complete with parking spaces and a peaceful leisure area where residents can rest and relax. The corner windows in the building's corner rooms make the rooms more spacious and cozy. The balconies or terraces designed for each apartment create a vital connection with the outdoors.

The first known building in Āgenskalns and the whole of Pārdaugava was the fortified Māra's Mill near Māra's Pond,historical evidence of which dates back to at least 1226. It is a real joy that after so many centuries, in the spring of 2025, Kaamos Construction will have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of this beautiful neighborhood by implementing the Poēzija project. In the construction of the project, almost all the trees in are area will be preserved, and seven new ones will be planted. During construction work, special attention will be paid to several large trees on the territory, which will be carefully preserved and continue to enrich the scenic value of this new residential area.
